in existing buildings with limited space, or in new construction projects,
when the high prices of
real estate can be a factor.

The photo-illustration on the front cover (r) took a whimsical approach
to solving a parking problem and the innovative solution on the inside
flap (l) reveals the solution.
A design system was created for the reports published periodically. A typographic and visual consistency was established and maintained and two color printing is economical.
GOLF CLUB CENTENNIAL BOOK To commemorate the 100th birthday of the Tedesco Country Club in Marblehead, Massachusetts, a 128-page, 5 color coffee table book was compiled and published in time for the centennial celebrations. The photography by George Peet, combined with historical photographs from the club's archive make this memento extra special.
LILY MOUSEPAD In order to promote their transportation company, Lily will occasionally distribute promotion items such as this four-color silkscreened mousepad/calendar to their existing and potential customers.
OASIS BROCHURE. Developed to market a line of air drying machines and systems in a staid marketplace, required designing a corporate image and literature that is bold, attractive and informative. See "More Design" for other examples.
