Andrew Sterman is a phenomenal sax player, and I jumped at the chance to design his environmentally friendly CD DigiPak. Andrew plays regularly on Broadway and is a member of the Philip Hlass Orchestra. Photos are by Matt Dine. (Click here to see the DigiPak components)

CD Digipak Design for up[ and coming Boston-area blues chanteuse, singer songwriter, Carolyn Waters... included an 8-page lyric brochure, inside a very colorful sleeve, while the on-CD artwork was a custom illustration of Carolyn which was used on promotional merchandise. Jon McAuliffe is a singer-songwriter who has continued to produce wonderful music since the 70s... this package consisted of a 6-panel foldout insert and tray card. A simple and effective solution. Liz Buchanan's songs for little children are charming and a lot of fun, just as this design for her recent CD turned out to be! Liz painted the cover art herself and also illustrated the 12-page lyric booklet. The 4-panel Digipak format was ideal for this project...you can find Liz's music at at www.antelopedance.com

LP re-design for the famous British folk-rock group Fairport Convention... produced for Rounder Records

Designed for The Maple Street Project, this 4-panel eco-friendly cardboard cover with one open end to inser/remoce the CD. The cover was aphotomontage of studio shots digitally composed over a fake street with real grass verges and tree shadows, plus the yellow center line. CD package design for a singer-songwriter from Virginia. The photograph was originally black & white and digitally tinted and manipulated for this full-color effect.

This 4-panel eco-friendly cardboard cover with integral slip cover for the booklet. was designesd for Alison Lee Freeman, a chantey singer from Maine. Her own marine photography graces the project.
